Amber is on a mission to provide the concept of healthy living in a toxic world, “To know better, is to do better. “ While studying business in college, Amber Burnett began practicing yoga to accompany her passion for nutrition and wellness. This began to change her life, and Amber realized she wanted nothing more than to provide the same for others. Amber completed her 200 hr. yoga training through Strala Yoga of NYC. Strala is a moving meditation that creates a connection of body & mind leading to a happy and healthy life. Amber applies this as a foundation to her class, as she feels there is no better way to find inner peace and health then to live in the present moment, moving with ease.
Amber is also a volunteer for Yoga Foster, a certified trainer with BOKS, and an independent consultant with Arbonne International.
