For all those without a jump rope… you know (or will find out when you get to class) that Bobby made us do tuck jumps this morning (thanks Bobby LYMI) …
If you have a recommendation as to the best jump rope to buy please let me know…need to get one ASAP
go to amazon and search for jump rope double unders, i got the quad speed but i think the first six are all basically the same.
