Olympic Lifting Class is BACK!

In this class we will focus on the positional and movement nuances of the snatch and clean and jerk.  We will initially work on a variety of skill transfer exercises leading into the snatch, and then move on to the clean and jerk.

When: Tuesday’s & Thursday’s
*Each class is limited to 10 people
*Must sign up at the front desk. If you sign up for a class and are a “no show”, then you will not be allowed to attend the following week.
