*There will be a mandatory meeting Friday at 6pm for all competitors and judges to go over the WOD standards.

ALSO, on the home front, our very own Ryan McCarthy competed in FrostBite 2013 at CrossFit Long Island City. She finished a whopping 2nd in the RX division! Go Ryan!
