Introducing…..CrossFit Yoga
Ester Alder
When: Sunday’s at 1pm
Esther has devoted her life to health, wellness and fitness. She is a professional dancer, where she performed all over the east coast in theaters, film and television shows including The Ali G. show and Fuji Batteries. She directed and choreographed in many of the top performing arts schools, such as TADA, NJPAC, and PTW, and continues to be an active part of the dance world, bringing to life her own projects. She’s currently working on a one woman show, incorporating athletic and expressive dance routines. Esther was also a figure skater and ice dancer as well as a trainer for some of the top world skaters in the country including David Lipowitz, national ice champion and Jennifer Titus national ice champion.
Esther studied Pilates, yoga and Thai yoga with some of the top names in the industry such as Power Pilates, Two Soul Thai, Yoga of India, ACE and AFAA.
Esther offers a unique rehabilitation routine for her clients suffering and recovering from injuries as well as those dealing with chronic pain and tightness. She uses methods from Pilates, Zeena Roumette Floore Barre, Feldenkraise technique, yoga and others not well known to the average athlete, providing quick relief. Esther’s teaching style, is dynamic, invigorating and challenging. She teaches body dynamics, proper alignment and fluidity.
