Comment: One person works while the other rests. It’s a total of 30, not each. If the 205/135 is complete then they must start back over again at 95/65. The team must add and strip weights off barbell themselves. Level 2 shall consist of prescribed weight at (75/45) then (95/55) then (115/65) then (135/75). If they can’t do one then they do the other. GTO stands for ground to overhead. Intensity should be through the roof, should be fun, let’s see how much squads can get through this one.
