30 HSPU/100 Double Unders (1 Partner must complete all of the reps before switching to other exercise)
50 Deadlift (225/135)/Deadlift hold (can split reps however you choose until 50 total complete)
50 T2B/Dead hang (can split reps however you choose until 50 total complete)
50 OHS (135/95)- Each partner must complete 8 burpees everytime bar is dropped on this section
